Wildwood Apartments 


Great news! Settlement discussions are continuing with the developer regarding his proposal for a 50-unit 

project—half the size of the originally proposed 100-unit complex covering the hillsides. We support these discussions using expertise from our board of directors and by funding the team of expert land-use attorneys.

The Santa Ynez Valley Citizen's Council (SYVCC)

 The SYVCC is a California non-profit, public benefit corporation. We have submitted an application to the IRS seeking recognition of exemption under Section 501(c)(3) which permits us to solicit tax exempt contributions.  We are dedicated to promoting social welfare and the common good in our community. Your tax deductible contribution will help us make a positive impact and drive meaningful change in our community.
